KIRKUS REVIEWS ANNOUNCES THE BEST FICTION OF 2011

 

NEW YORK, NY, November 14, 2011— Kirkus Reviews has named 90 books to its Best Fiction of 2011 list and has broken out eight categories of winners, such as Best Debut Fiction, Best Mysteries, Best Science Fiction & Fantasy and Best Fiction About Love & Family. “After reviewing over 1,000 novels this year, we have singled out the books we loved reading most—the ones we would recommend to friends. Kirkus Reviews, which has been known for over 75 years as one of the most trusted sources for separating books of remarkable merit from the masses released each year, is distinguishing the best books of 2011 in the categories of fiction, nonfiction, children’s, teen, indie and iPad storybook apps. Each week from Nov. 14 through Dec. 12, Kirkus will release a list of the best books in one category.
